2月17日，杭州西湖。岳廟派出所民警陳宗耀，從除夕到大年初三，已經21個年頭準時出現在西湖邊的執勤點上。
他的年夜飯總是在執勤時匆匆在警車里解決的。今年，陳宗耀即將退休。這是他最后一次參加春節安保任務。
