12月12日，國家市場監督管理總局就《汽車行業價格行為合規指南（征求意見稿）》公開征求意見。
其中提到通過“以好充次”“變相降價”“采取折扣、補貼等優惠手段”“非對等物資串換”“以物抵債”“多發貨少開票不開票”等方法手段，使得實際銷售價格低于進貨成本的行為存在重大法律風險。
