1月21日，受強冷空氣持續影響，青島市區氣溫全天維持在-7℃至-2℃之間，伴隨凜冽的偏北風，體感溫度更低。
在市區街頭，出行的市民普遍“厚衣加身”，除了羽絨服、加厚棉帽、圍巾和手套，不少人還戴上了口罩保暖，將全身包裹得嚴嚴實實。本輪低溫天氣預計還將持續多日，提醒市民繼續做好防寒保暖措施。
