北京大學生理學與病理生理學系
課題組簡介
生理學與病理生理學系作為北京大學基礎醫學院的重要組成部分，自1918年成立以來，已發展成為國內心血管代謝基礎研究的重要基地，擁有血管穩態與重構全國重點實驗室等國際先進的科研基地和技術平臺。生理學科是首批全國博士學位授予點，首批全國重點學科，穩居全國第一，世界排名14（QS排名）。累計培養了4位科技部“973”項目首席、2個國家自然科學基金委創新群體、國際生理聯合會副主席、中國病理生理學會理事長、中國生理學會正/副理事長、新基石和探索獎獲得者等，其中有我國第一代“代謝生理學家”沈寯淇教授，“消化內分泌生理學家”王志均院士，“神經生理學家”韓濟生院士，第一個“973心血管項目首席科學家”唐朝樞教授和“首屆國家杰青（唯一女性）”王憲教授。
學系目前聚集了一大批國內外高水平學者，擁有16個獨立PI實驗室，包括6位杰青和6位優青等眾多國家級人才。學系年均發表科研論文近30篇，包括Nature、Science、Cell、Nature Medicine 、Cell Metabolism、Cell Stem Cell、Circulation等頂級期刊論文。為加速“雙一流”建設進程，學系的發展需要更多優秀人才的加盟。教研系列職位采用Tenure-track體制，提供優厚的科研啟動經費、實驗室條件、研究團隊支持和薪酬待遇。
The Department of Physiology and Pathophysiology, an integral part of the School of Basic Medical Sciences since its inception in 1918, has evolved into a leading center for basic medical education and research institution in China. It comprises 16 independent PI labs, housing national key laboratories (e.g, State Key Laboratory of Vascular Homeostasis and Remodeling) among other internationally advanced research bases and technical platforms. The department is renowned for its strong faculty, gathering numerous well-known scholars from both home and abroad, including 6 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 6 recipients of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund. The department publishes over 30 scientific research papers annually, including top-tier journal articles in Science, Nature, Cell, Nature Medicine, Cell Metabolism, Cell Stem Cell, Circulation, etc. To accelerate the "Double First-Class" construction, we are eager to attract more outstanding talents to join and promote the development of our department. The faculty positions adopt the Tenure-track system, offering generous support in research start-up funds, laboratory conditions, research team, and compensation.
招聘方向
面向海內外公開招聘血管生物學，血管生理學和血管醫學等方向的青年才俊。具有神經調控、免疫代謝等方向與心血管交叉研究背景的優先。
We seek highly qualified candidates who are addressing fundamental research questions in vascular medicine related disciplines. We are particularly interested in building on departmental strengths in vascular homeostasis crosstalk with metabolism、immunity and neuroscience. Qualified candidates should be prepared to direct an independent research program that will attract extramural funding, provide research training for graduate students in the Graduate Program, and teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

2、 在相關研究領域取得高影響力的代表性研究成果；
3、 年齡原則上40歲以下。
