Meixin Maison, nestled at the junction of Suzhou Creek and Xizang Road Bridge, weaves a dialogue between history and modernity. Drawing inspiration from the site’s legacy as Shanghai’s first gasworks, the “flame” motif permeates the design, a subtle metaphor for rekindling industrial memory. The Art Deco-style facade, adorned with red brick masonry and arcuated openings, echoes the Bund’s architectural charm while resonating with Suzhou Creek’s historic rhythm, blending aesthetic inheritance with contemporary vitality.

坐落于蘇州河與西藏路橋交匯處的美新公館，編織著歷史與現代的對話。設計從場地作為上海首個煤氣廠的遺產中汲取靈感，“火焰” 母題貫穿始終，成為重燃工業記憶的精妙隱喻。裝飾藝術風格的外立面以紅磚砌體與弧形開口為飾，既呼應外灘建筑風情，又與蘇州河歷史肌理相融，讓美學傳承與當代活力共生。

Policy innovation paves the way for this commercial-to-residential transformation, adhering to the “three invariants” principle to revitalize underperforming assets. Beyond functional conversion, it pioneers a “vertical waterfront community” concept, allocating podium and roof spaces to commercial amenities. These supplements fill the gap in social and daily infrastructures in the historic district, turning the building into a holistic living space that caters to the full life cycle needs of residents, blending policy wisdom with humanistic care.

政策創新為這場商改住轉型鋪路，恪守 “三個不變” 原則激活低效資產。設計不止于功能轉換，更開創 “水岸垂直社區” 理念，將裙樓與屋頂空間規劃為商業配套。這些設施填補了歷史街區的社會與生活配套空白，使建筑成為滿足居民全生命周期需求的復合型居住空間，讓政策智慧與人文關懷深度交融。

Every detail of the facade is meticulously crafted to maximize panoramic views—nearly all units overlook Suzhou Creek and the glittering Lujiazui skyline. Corner residences boast 180-degree vistas, offering a rare high-end living experience in the urban core. The upgraded facade materials enhance thermal and acoustic performance, creating a quiet, energy-efficient haven. Here, the grandeur of urban landscapes meets the comfort of home, catering to modern lifestyles that blend work and leisure.

外立面的每一處細節都經過精心雕琢，以實現全景視野最大化 —— 幾乎所有戶型都能俯瞰蘇州河與璀璨的陸家嘴天際線。轉角戶型擁有 180 度觀景視角，在城市核心區提供了難得的高端居住體驗。升級后的外立面材料提升了保溫與隔音性能，營造出靜謐節能的宜居港灣。在這里，城市景觀的壯闊與居家的舒適相得益彰，精準契合了工作與休閑交融的現代生活方式。

By attracting high-end talent and alleviating job-housing imbalance, it fosters a vibrant community where industry, city, and people coexist harmoniously, breathing new life into the district’s development.

該項目超越了單純的建筑改造，邁向片區整體振興。它整合了百年工業遺產、蘇州河水岸風光與都市建筑肌理，將區域從單一功能的辦公區重塑為集歷史、文化、居住與休閑于一體的國際水岸復合區。通過吸引高端人才、緩解職住失衡，項目培育出產業、城市與人群和諧共生的活力社區，為片區發展注入全新動能。

Meixin Maison is a testament to sustainable urban renewal—rejecting large-scale demolition and embracing organic regeneration.
