1月24日湖北工程職業學院校友回歸暨校企合作生態大會舉行。湖北工程職業學院小鵬汽車產業學院正式揭牌運營。未來，該學院將打造成為集教學實訓、社會化汽車專業群技能服務、技能大賽選手集訓、師資培訓于一體的高水平汽車產教融合實訓基地。
湖北工程職業學院（Hubei Engineering Institute），是經湖北省人民政府批準設立的全日制公辦普通高等學校，學校位于湖北省黃石市。
