2月4日立春當天，人民日報海外網邀請希臘、蒙古國、土耳其3國駐華大使以及來自阿根廷、哥倫比亞、克羅地亞、荷蘭、韓國、新加坡6國的駐華使節，參觀天津港“智慧零碳”碼頭。天津港“智慧零碳”碼頭擁有3個20萬噸級泊位，碼頭運營全過程實現零碳排放。
