國際汽聯對2026年規則進行了修改，
其中包括正式增加新的壓縮比測試：
從6月1日起，引擎將在環境溫度和130°C條件下進行測試
同時規則的修改還包括：
排位賽Q3時長將從12分鐘延長至13分鐘
Q2與Q3之間的間隔由8分鐘縮短至7分鐘
取消摩納哥站強制兩停規則
