12月10日，中國再保發布公告稱，中再產險完成在全國銀行間債券市場公開發行十年期本金總額為40億元資本補充債的相關事宜。根據本期債券募集說明書相關條款的規定，中再產險在第五年末享有附條件的贖回權。截至本公告日期，經報央行和國家金融監管總局備案后，中再產險已完成贖回權的行使，全額贖回本期債券。
