Liu Shuang Honored as "World ICH International Communication Ambassador"

On December 11th, the 2025 Global Diplomats China Cultural Night concluded at Beijing's China World Hotel. Ms. Liu Shuang, Chairman of the Beijing Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance and Cultural Communication Working Committee, was awarded the title of "World Intangible Cultural Heritage International Communication Ambassador" in recognition of her outstanding contributions to promoting Chinese ICH globally.

H.E. Arthur Williams, Jamaican Ambassador to China, personally presented the exclusive trophy and honorary certificate to Ms. Liu Shuang at the award ceremony. The organizing committee commended her long-term dedication to ICH communication, innovative promotion methods, and efforts in connecting domestic and foreign resources to boost the international influence of Chinese traditional crafts and cultural heritage.

Ms. Liu Shuang stated that she will take this honor as a motivation to further integrate global resources, build international ICH exchange platforms, and enhance international understanding and recognition of Chinese intangible cultural heritage through diverse storytelling.
