      隨著消費升級和旅游觀念的轉變,中國濱海度假市場正經歷深刻變革。傳統“陽光沙灘”模式已難以滿足多元化的需求,游客從單純觀光轉向深度體驗、情感連接與自我實現。據文化和旅游部數據顯示,2023年濱海旅游占國內旅游總人次的23%,但同質化競爭導致平均停留時間僅1.8天,客單價增長乏力。另一方面,Z世代成為消費主力,他們追求個性化、沉浸式、社交分享與可持續旅行,這為濱海度假項目提供了差異化破局的時代契機。
