據報道，荷蘭烏特勒支市中心的Visscherssteeg發生火災和多起爆炸。據安全區發言人稱，至少一人受傷。
發言人表示，警方也已趕到現場。多輛緊急救援車輛正在趕往事發地點。一架空中救護直升機已飛往事發地點附近的瑪麗亞廣場（Mariaplaats）。
據烏特勒支電視臺（RTV Utrecht）報道，該地區附近不少建筑物的窗戶被震碎震裂。
當地媒體報道，市政廳會議室傳來一聲巨響，導致墻壁震動。該區域已被封鎖，烏特勒支安全區呼吁民眾不要前往火災現場。
