烏拉圭總統奧爾西2月4日晚乘高鐵抵達上海，繼續中國之行。2月5日中午，他來到上海豫園參觀，感受濃濃的春節氛圍。
上海是奧爾西此次訪華的第二站。奧爾西于2月1日抵達北京，對中國進行為期七天的國事訪問。
