《科創板日報》14日訊，美光宣布，已開始量產面向服務器和數據中心的PCI Express 6.0固態硬盤。其最大讀取速度為28GB/s，最大寫入速度為14GB/s，是目前市售基于PCI Express 5.0的NVMe SSD的兩倍。
