IT之家 2 月 25 日消息，Bethesda Game Studios 宣布，《輻射 4 周年版（Fallout 4：Anniversary Edition）》數字版現已正式登陸 Nintendo Switch 2，在任天堂 eShop 美服（點此訪問）定價 59.99 美元（IT之家注：現匯率約合 413.3 元人民幣）、港服 428 港幣（現匯率約合 376.9 元人民幣）。游戲實體版 4 月 28 日發售。
據介紹，周年版游戲主要收錄《輻射 4》本體和“Far Harbor（遠港）”、“Nuka-World（核子世界）”等 6 款 DLC，同時包含 150 余項 Creation Club 官方 Mod 平臺內容。
公開信息顯示，《輻射 4》最初于 2015 年 11 月 10 日發售，而《輻射 4 周年版》則是在 2025 年 11 月 10 日首次發售，此前已登陸 Xbox Series X|S、Xbox One、PlayStation 4/5、以及 PC 平臺。
