2022年8月7日午時接網友反映河北燕郊燕京航城一業主在11號樓樓下遛彎時與物業男子因為行車問題發生口角，物業男子罵人在先，最后發展到物業男子伙同另一物業男子對當事人進行了拉扯毆打。目前當事人已報警，燕順路派出所已受理等待審理調查。
