2016年、2018年和2019年，耶魯大學(xué)和哈佛大學(xué)學(xué)生合唱團(tuán)都訪問過啟明星，和學(xué)生互動，參加我們的社區(qū)盛典——團(tuán)結(jié)日！

這個(gè)春天，啟明星又將迎來聞名世界的低音阿卡貝拉社團(tuán)——有著80年歷史的耶魯大學(xué)胡同貓合唱團(tuán)The Yale Alley Cats！

他們將帶來無比優(yōu)美的無伴奏音樂，也將和啟明星學(xué)生聯(lián)袂演出！

認(rèn)識耶魯大學(xué)胡同貓合唱團(tuán)

耶魯大學(xué)胡同貓合唱團(tuán)是耶魯大學(xué)本科生組建的無伴奏合唱團(tuán)，成立于1943年，已經(jīng)有80年的歷史。

該樂團(tuán)是世界知名的低音阿卡貝拉合唱團(tuán)，也是耶魯大學(xué)第一個(gè)進(jìn)行國際巡演的阿卡貝拉樂團(tuán)，曾為美國前總統(tǒng)奧巴馬、英國女王伊麗莎白二世等知名人士演出。

他們演唱曲庫的480余首編曲均由組內(nèi)成員完成，涵蓋了從爵士樂到流行音樂的經(jīng)典曲目。

耶魯大學(xué)胡同貓已經(jīng)發(fā)行數(shù)十張唱片，并曾獲得第52屆格萊美流行音樂專輯。

樂團(tuán)成員

耶魯大學(xué)胡同貓合唱團(tuán)的每位成員，都是精力充沛、興趣廣泛的優(yōu)秀學(xué)子。他們來自不同的專業(yè)——人類學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、英文、環(huán)境研究專業(yè)、道德、政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)和藝術(shù)、電子工程等。他們熱愛音樂、戲劇，也擁有廣泛的個(gè)人興趣，比如制作視覺藝術(shù)和玩釘球，討論文學(xué)和撰寫創(chuàng)意小說、織物藝術(shù)、探索自然和美食等。

音樂總監(jiān)

洛根·杰洛德·福伊（Logan Gerald Foy）來自美國華盛頓州西雅圖，擔(dān)任耶魯胡同貓的音樂總監(jiān)，在進(jìn)入耶魯大學(xué)之前，就接受過歌劇演唱訓(xùn)練。洛根目前在學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和人類學(xué)專業(yè)。

興趣廣泛的歌手們帶來的必將是風(fēng)格斑斕的音樂：熱舞金曲《準(zhǔn)備好》慷慨熱烈、美國鄉(xiāng)村音樂《跨過渾水的橋》溫暖親切，爵士樂經(jīng)典《A火車》靈動俏皮，《星星之城》舒緩優(yōu)雅……

Our old friends from Yale are coming back!

In 2016, 2018 and 2019, the Yale and Harvard University Students a cappella singing groups visited Daystar to interact with our students and participate in our community event, Unity Day!

This spring, Daystar will welcome another world-renowned lower-voice a cappella singing group from Yale,the Yale Alley Cats!

They will perform beautiful a cappella music and will be singing with Daystar students!

Meet the Yale Alley Cats

The Yale Alley Cats is an a cappella singing group of undergraduate students at Yale University, founded in 1943 and now in its 80th year.

The Yale Alley Cats is a world-renowned bass a cappella group and was the first a cappella group at Yale to tour internationally, performing for such notables as former U.S. President Barack Obama and her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The more than 480 arrangements of the group's vocal repertoire have been done by members of the group and covers a wide range of classics from jazz to pop.

The Yale Alley Cats has released dozens of recordings and has won the 52nd Grammy for Pop Album.

Group Members

Each member of the Yale Alley Cats is an outstanding student with amazing energy and a wide range of interests. They come from a variety of majors - Anthropology, English, Environmental Studies, Ethics, Politics and Economics, Computing and the Arts, Electrical Engineering, and more. They love music and have a wide range of personal interests, from Visual Art and playing golf, to discussing literature and writing creative fiction, fabric art, and more.

Musical Director

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Logan Gerald Foy serves as Musical Director of the Yale Alley Cats and trained as an opera singer before attending Yale University. Logan is currently studying Anthropology and Economics.

With wide-ranging interests, the group singers bring a wide variety of styles to the table: the soothing elegance of "City of Stars", the warmth and intimacy of Americana's "Bridge Over Troubled Water", and the soulful playfulness of the jazz classic , and the dance anthem "Get Ready"...
