1月19日，有網民反映湖南邵陽隆回縣六都寨鎮政府窗口上班時間無人值守。20日，記者聯系到視頻發布者獲悉，當日下午上班時間為14時30分，但自己與其他群眾等待約一小時后仍未見到工作人員。對此，六都寨鎮政府回應稱“確有此事”，并解釋兩名工作人員因事離崗——一人當天前往村里督促醫保工作，另一人赴縣里出差，導致窗口臨時無人值守。（縱覽新聞）
