“網購娃娃菜中毒”夫妻，被刑拘

針對近期網絡關注的“夫妻網購娃娃菜中毒事件”，浙江省臺州市天臺縣公安局3日晚發布警情通報稱，涉事夫妻因涉嫌敲詐勒索罪，已被依法采取刑事強制措施。

根據警情通報，針對該事件，天臺縣公安局專案組開展溯源調查、現場勘查、檢驗鑒定、調查走訪等工作。目前，陳某某、楊某夫妻因涉嫌敲詐勒索罪，已被依法采取刑事強制措施，案件正在進一步偵辦中。

Police in Tiantai county, Taizhou, Zhejiang province, have placed a married couple under criminal detention on suspicion of extortion after a widely followed online food poisoning case was found to have been staged.

A statement released by local police on Tuesday evening said the suspects, surnamed Chen and Yang, are in police custody, and the case is under further investigation.

日前，浙江臺州一對夫妻花費17元網購8斤娃娃菜，食用后竟因溴鼠靈中毒陷入危重境地。妻子在ICU搶救一個多月才好轉，丈夫出現全身出血、肺積水、呼吸衰竭等癥狀。妻子楊女士表示，自己通過線上平臺購買了“娃娃菜”，送到的當天晚上就煮了吃，當時不怎么舒服，第二天就開始流鼻血。

1月7日，根據臺州市天臺縣醫院提供的醫療證明書顯示，初步診斷楊女士與丈夫為殺鼠劑中毒，導致的凝血功能障礙，仍需住院觀察。當事人楊女士曾曬出與店鋪客服溝通聊天記錄，客服對于食品含有老鼠藥一事進行了否認。

The case surfaced after the couple claimed they fell critically ill after eating baby Chinese cabbage purchased online for 17 yuan. Yang spent more than a month in intensive care, while Chen suffered severe bleeding and respiratory failure. Medical records dated Jan 7 showed that both were initially diagnosed with rodenticide poisoning.

據此前報道，警方鎖定了毒源為包裹娃娃菜的舊報紙在回收儲存中沾染殺鼠劑，商家為壓縮成本用其包裝，導致有毒物質滲透污染蔬菜。

Yang previously posted chat records with the seller, who denied the vegetables contained rat poison. Earlier reports cited police findings suggesting the contamination may have originated from old newspapers used as packaging during recycling and storage.

2月3日，媒體報道稱，此前浙江臺州一對夫妻吃網購娃娃菜中毒一事有新的案情浮現，警方進一步偵查發現，下毒者系楊女士的丈夫，目前涉事男子已被警方采取刑事強制措施，案件還在進一步調查之中。

2月3日晚，紅星新聞從浙江臺州天臺縣相關官方人士處了解到，警方在進一步偵查過程中發現，丈夫的下毒行為系夫妻雙方共謀，兩人試圖通過網購娃娃菜食用后制造中毒跡象，以此要挾，向平臺或商家騙取巨額賠償。但最終被警方偵查識破。

該人士指出，“他其實不是給他老婆下毒”，夫妻二人為了騙取錢財“自己給自己下毒”。目前，楊女士、陳某波均已被刑拘。

Subsequent investigations told a different story. Media reports on Tuesday quoted police as saying the poisoning was intentional and carried out in collusion, with the pair attempting to fabricate evidence of food poisoning to extort large sums from platforms or merchants. The scheme was later uncovered, and both were formally detained.

據荔枝新聞，前兩天公安傳喚了夫妻二人，目前兩人均處于失聯狀態。陳某某為家中獨子，40歲出頭，父母已離世。其妻子楊女士為貴州人，攜一兒子嫁給陳某某，婚后兩人育有一女兒，平日未聽聞夫妻雙方有矛盾，“男方也很老實的，他老婆也很好的。”據該村干部介紹，夫妻二人平時在城里打工居住，經濟條件一般。

中毒事件發生后，原計劃今年為其申請困難戶，目前相關工作暫時擱置，等待警方調查結果。屬地政府也已介入，并統籌考慮孩子的后續生活權益保障。

Village officials said the couple worked and lived in the city, had average incomes and no known marital disputes. Plans to apply for financial assistance have been suspended following the incident, while local authorities said they would ensure the welfare of the couple's child.
