3月5日，全國人大代余淼杰表接受采訪時表示：“今年我們提出的一個建議是說，節假日安排可以進一步優化。比如說我們呢可以增加中華傳統節日的放假，像我們的重陽節，像我們的端午節，像我們的清明節，是不是也可以再長一點。這樣的話大家有更長的時間，出游來拉動消費。”
