品玩12月2日訊，據 TechCrunch 報道，OpenAI近日宣布對Thrive Holdings進行股權投資，后者為其主要投資方Thrive Capital的關聯公司。
Thrive Holdings專注于整合會計、IT服務等領域的公司，推動其AI轉型。根據知情人士透露，OpenAI將派遣工程、研究及產品團隊人員嵌入Thrive旗下企業，協助開發AI系統并提升運營效率；若被投企業實現增長，OpenAI將通過股權增值與服務收益獲益。
盡管Thrive方面強調合作源于真實市場需求，但因雙方存在交叉持股，外界關注此類“閉環式”合作能否真正催生可持續商業模式，而非依賴OpenAI直接支持推高估值。
