北京時間2月12日下午，2026亞足聯U17亞洲杯抽簽結果揭曉。中國U-17國家男子足球隊與日本隊、印度尼西亞隊、卡塔爾隊同分在B組。
本屆賽事定于5月5日至22日在沙特阿拉伯舉行，共有16支球隊參戰，分為四個小組，每個小組前兩名將獲得八強席位，并直接鎖定2026國際足聯U17世界杯的參賽資格。
