新京報貝殼財經訊 1月20日，海爾智家公告，公司擬推出D股股份回購計劃，回購資金總額最高不超過200萬歐元(不含相關費用)，或擬回購最大數量不超過100萬股，約占公司D股股本的0.369%，占公司總股本的0.011%。回購的D股將被注銷，進而減少公司注冊資本。
